    Description

    This auction is for a vintage "Stall and Dean" baseball bat.  This is model #6, which is impressed just below the "Stall and Dean" logo.
    The bat measures 31.5" long and weighs 1.5lbs., so this was probably a youth bat, and the previous owner has signed his name to it (see pictures).
    The bat is in good condition, but it does have a crack, which i have repaired, by gluing and clamping it (see pictures).  You can see it, but it doesn't stand out.  There is some scuffing to the thick end, and some chips to the nob end.  It has a wonderful, honey patina, with some darker spots, due to the graining of the wood.  This makes a nice wall display piece.
